Around 1900, the development of unisonoric instruments also began in bandonion making. The Berlin instrument maker Julius Zademack (1874-1941) is the first to offer a unisonoric model as an alternative to the previously invariably bisonoric bandonions that had been used until then.
The equal tone principle makes it easier for him to develop a logical keyboard system. The beginning of its development led to the Kusserow model in 1925.
Left side: B1 - f1 (8'+4')
The left and right manuals are different systems. The left is replaced 1925 by another one.
Right side: f - b3 (8'+8')
The system of the right manual (later supplemented by an auxiliary row) remains an integral part of the further development of this model. Here still without ergonomically curved rows..
Right keyboard mechanism
With the external metal arms, the interior exudes its own aesthetic appeal.
The valves do not have the usual upper springs. Instead, they are pressed by spiral springs, which are located under the other ends of the lever (on which the keys sit).

A rather complex affair and probably very costly to manufacture.
In the foreground, under the lever arms, the spiral springs for pressing down the deckers.

All means were used: a triple wave in a musical instrument.
Tricks and knacks: buttons hidden in the cover. Precision is required to ensure that they fit onto their counterparts. (Left side)
