This instrument copies the typical hexagonal shape of the English Concertina.

Although the external form of an English concertina is modelled on the model, the interior with collecting reed plates follows the structure of a Deutsche Konzertina.
It can be seen from the horizontal plus standing flat chambers that this is a 2-choirs instrument.
