To keep up with the increasing advent of the piano accordion, bandonion manufacturers tried to offer bandonions with chords from around 1930.
This instrument has bisonoric single tones on the right side. On the left are chords with corresponding basic basses.
Functional the Bandonika corresponds to an accordion, its design to a bandonion.

The name Bandonika is a combination of bandonion and harmonica. This type of mixture was built by several manufacturers in different types.
